
Sales Manager – Domestic

We are a high-volume domestic automobile dealership located in Alexandria, Virginia — just minutes from Washington, DC — retailing 120+ vehicles per month (60 new / 60 used) and growing. We are seeking a Sales Manager who can motivate a sales team, drive showroom traffic, and consistently close deals.
This is an opportunity for a strong Floor Manager, Finance Manager, or top-performing Senior Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership at a stable, reputable dealership.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly goals
Desk deals, structure and close transactions
Drive showroom traffic and appointment show rates
Work closely with BDC and marketing to maximize opportunities
Maintain high CSI and compliance standards
Create a high-energy, accountability-driven sales culture
What We’re Looking For:
Proven automotive sales success (management experience preferred but not required)
Strong closing and desking skills
High energy, positive leadership style
Ability to train and hold salespeople accountable
Track record of meeting or exceeding volume and gross objectives
CDK/Reynolds experience a plus
