Tire & Service Sales Associate ! We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting tires and services that best fit their needs
Provide in-person and phone support, clearly explaining vehicle service recommendations
Write and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
Schedule service appointments and manage the weekly service calendar
Assign work orders to technicians and track job progress
Process weekly payroll for technicians and calculate individual commissions
Support inventory tracking and restocking efforts
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Provide local shuttle service by driving customers after vehicle drop-off
Other Responsibilities: This role may include other tasks and responsibilities as needed. We’re looking for a team player who is ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Automotive service knowledge or experience strongly preferred
Customer service experience required
Sales experience is a plus
Basic computer skills are required
Valid driver’s license required
Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
