Coordinate product qualifications efficiently by working with internal teams across engineering, quality, procurement, and manufacturing. Sales management experience in electronics, industrial, or sensing components, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and key objectives.Strong knowledge of HVAC/R, Industrial, Renewable Energy, Industrial Drives, Energy InfrastructureStorage and Industrial Safety Markets, including direct experience working with OEMs and manufacturer representative firms.Familiarity with key customer bases in the assigned territory and the ability to develop strategic relationships. Prior experience selling the following technologies – Power Semiconductors, OVP, OCP, Sensors, Circuit Breakers, Switches.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal). Strategic thinker with the ability to set long-term vision while executing tactical milestones.
