This role adds value to our customers and our dealer network by providing exceptional customerservice; educatingboth customers and dealers on our products, technology offerings, and services.
Your Impact Support customers and dealers in maximizing product performance and efficiency while delivering an exceptional overall experience.
Deliver education and training sessions on the company’s products and technology offerings.
Collaborate effectively with peers and dealer networks to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead andassistin product demonstrations to ensure customers understand and gain full value from the solutions.
Build customer relationships through dealer-supported visits, gather VOC insights, generate leads, complete administrative tasks, and help execute customer-focused events such as training, clinics, and farm shows.
Your Experience and Qualifications High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support within the agricultural industry.
Strong hands‑on experience operating agricultural equipment and solid knowledge of ag‑related technology products.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or agriculture‑related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
Additional desirable experience: 2+ years in dealer‑based sales channels and 1+ year working with agricultural or industrial equipment or related technologies.
