About the role As an Account Manager, you are offered a fun and varied role where you are responsible for establishing, growing and developing client relationships. You will have a key role in establishing Developers Shore on the Dutch market with the goal of creating the best consulting experience and successful IT development for their clients.
You do this by finding and collaborating with the most attractive companies on the market, understanding their IT challenges, and helping them match the best consultants in Developers Shores network to specific needs.
Developers Shores Sales head office is in Sweden and delivery head office is in Ukraine. However, they are a distributed team working from all over Europe and you will be working in close cooperation with colleagues from other regions. At Developers Shore you will have a great opportunity to influence things and make a difference at the job.
More specifically, you will work with
Building client base
- prospecting, contacting, booking and conducting meetings with the most interesting companies on the market. And thereby initiate close cooperation with selected clients.
Needs analysis
- Ongoing dialogue and contact with clients, understanding their needs in the short and long term, defining consultant requests.
Consultant delivery
- together with the delivery team match the right skills with the right assignment, present candidates, participate in consultant interviews.
Client success
- continuously nurture, follow up, further develop and deepen cooperation with clients.
Business development
- In collaboration with management, further develop our offering.
