What will you do?
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 Walmart locations.
Motivate teams to exceed sales targets and achieve key performance metrics.
Model top-tier sales behaviours with a player-coach approach.
Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing talent for each assigned store.
Build store relationships with Walmart managers, Premium leadership, and store associates.
Maintain a professional, energetic presence while driving engagement and results.

What experience should you have?
2+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding goals.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Interest or familiarity in wireless products and services.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
