Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven
Sales Operations Analyst
to support sales leadership through data‑driven insights, pipeline management, and operational execution. This role reports directly to the Director of Pricing and partners closely with the sales team to gather performance data, manage reporting and dashboards, and drive accountability toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
This is a
back‑office, leadership‑facing role . All reporting and insights will be synthesized from sales team inputs and CRM data and presented to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage sales performance reporting, including pipeline health, backlog, and onboarding status
Drive accountability across the sales organization by tracking progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and executive‑level presentations that clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
Define, track, and continuously evolve KPIs that measure sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency
Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, Excel, financial systems) to deliver accurate and actionable insights
Develop and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports, including quarterly analytics and executive summaries
Manage CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene; leverage CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms) to support sales operations.
Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, and Leadership on strategic initiatives as needed
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to sales workflows, reporting, and operational cadence
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Financial Analysis, or a related analytical role
Strong experience working with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, or equivalent (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
