This role accelerates sales by supporting Energy Advisors with administrative tasks. You’ll be the trusted source of data organization and integrity across our internal systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales and Operations, ensuring information flows smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working behind the scenes to support revenue-generating activities.

What you’ll do:

Maintain accurate administrative setup and data integrity across internal systems

Collaborate with Advisors to review, update, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms

Prepare and deliver system-generated client reports

Communicate directly with small- to mid-sized clients regarding minor energy contract requests and updates

Provide inbox and communication support

Coordinate with the Pit Crew (Operations) to resolve customer service issues, ensuring a positive client experience

Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling, ensuring details are handled smoothly

Support the Sales and Operations teams by managing administrative tasks that improve efficiency and reduce process gaps

Provide occasional office administrative support as needed

What You’ll Bring

2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, client services, or an administrative role

Experience working within CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot

Comfort working with data and internal systems, and keeping information clean and accurate

A naturally organized, detail-oriented approach to your work

The ability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and confidence working with both teammates and clients

Energy industry experience is a plus

Ideally based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area
