About the Role / Position Summary As a Senior Sales Specialist, you play a key role in growing FEG’s business and delivering a consistent brand message to the firm’s target markets. You are accountable for developing relationships, creating and coordinating communications, and generating new sales opportunities with institutional investors including endowments, foundations, and healthcare entities. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for lead generation, assisting with external communications, engaging with prospective clients, attending industry events, maintaining and expanding FEG’s databases, and supporting strategic sales plan initiatives.
What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities
Support strategic and tactical initiatives by working directly with Sales Team leaders on key drivers of growth, as identified by firm leadership.
Identify and build relationships with prospective clients – utilize FEG’s databases, networks, and digital marketing tools to identify quality leads; build relationships that will lead to FEG inclusion in RFP activity from target market prospects. Activities include calls, digital correspondence, and in-person meetings.
Optimize use of FEG’s databases. Capture relationship development activity, including adding new prospective clients and documenting activities. Analyze and report progress to Sales Team leaders.
Represent FEG at industry events, conferences, and sales meetings; moderate travel is required.
Provide support to various marketing activities, including collateral production and management, website content, branding, promotion, and advertising.

What We Expect / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. For certain positions, we accept a high school diploma, GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
3+ years of work experience in either sales and/or marketing skills.
1+ years’ experience prospecting new clients.
Knowledge and interest in the investment industry.
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance.
Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
