Real Estate Outbound Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Real Estate Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing real estate wholesaling team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential property sellers. Your job is to initiate outbound conversations, understand seller situations, qualify leads, and set strong appointments for the acquisitions team. You’ll play a critical role in driving deal flow by keeping communication clear, organized, and professional while representing the company with confidence and integrity. Compensation :Competitive hourly pay + commissions on closed deals ($6-$8/hr + $300 bonus on closed deals set by you)
