Job Overview
Our client, a top Tech & Entertainment Company, is looking for a Keynote Presentation Designer to join their team.
This is a 6‑month freelance contract, hybrid to Culver City.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to shape slide layouts, visual hierarchy, and narrative flow for Keynote presentations
Provide on‑demand support for quick‑turn requests and longer, more complex projects
Create and curate visual assets (icons, diagrams, imagery, simple motion, etc.) to support storytelling
Ensure consistent application of brand and design standards including typography, imagery, layouts, and templates
Prepare presentation files for live events and stage talks, focusing on visual quality and technical performance
Refine, maintain, and iteratively improve master templates and presentation systems used across the department
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing and producing presentation materials for senior leaders or executives
Advanced proficiency with Keynote
Strong visual storytelling and narrative development skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas for broad audiences
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Comfort working in fast‑changing environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
