Closing date for applications:29 Mar 2026
Full-Time
Location: England - Yorkshire
Junction Goole is looking for a Marketing & Programming professional who can think strategically and deliver hands‑on.
This role is about planning smart, effective campaigns, but also being visible, present and engaged – building relationships, understanding audiences, and supporting the day-to‑day delivery of our work. The role focusses on two key areas – it’s about programming events that are right for our ambition and space, and then marketing these to audiences from our town and the wider region.
The role is focussed on two strands: Marketing: The post holder will lead the strategic development of Junction Goole’s MarComms plans, while taking a hands‑on role in day to day campaign delivery. This element combines big‑picture thinking with practical delivery, requiring someone who can set direction, manage priorities and get directly involved in creating content and running campaigns.
Programme: The post holder will work closely with the Head of Arts & Culture to deliver a creative programme that is responsive to our audiences and positions Junction as a beacon of creativity locally and regionally.
This role will suit someone who:
Enjoys combining strategy with hands‑on delivery
Is confident working with data, insight and reporting
Values relationship‑building and place‑based work
Is comfortable working collaboratively in a small, busy team
Understands the realities of arts centres working in a local context
Is passionate about the arts and has an understanding of a broad range of arts programmes
Experience working in the arts, culture or a related sector is essential.
