We are searching for the best talent for a Global Strategic Marketing Brand Manager, Presbyopia to join our J&J Vision team. Position is located at our Jacksonville, FL office location.

Purpose: The GSM Brand Marketing Manager, Presbyopia, is a key role within our Global Strategic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Strategic Marketing Director of Presbyopia.

We’re seeking an experienced Global Strategic Marketing Brand Manager to lead brand stewardship and new product innovation for our ACUVUE Multifocal contact lens portfolio and solutions targeting mature eye need states. You will define and execute global brand strategy, launch and lifecycle plans, and cross-functional commercialization activities that drive patient and practitioner adoption, unlock category growth, market share, and long-term brand equity across diverse markets.

The primary responsibility will be shaping the Presbyopia innovation strategy, including new product and digital tool introduction, digital product management, global campaign creation, product claims expansion, and compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

You will be responsible for:

Support the GSM Presbyopia team in the market research, planning, management, and execution of marketing strategies, customer-centric digital tools and programs across the product lifecycle from concept to launch to sustain end of life activities.

Collaborate closely with regional marketing groups, outside agencies, third party partners, and internal functions (e.g., Supply Chain, finance, R&D, Professional Affairs, key opinion leaders, market research, Privacy, Healthcare Compliance and Legal, IT, commercial excellence, relationship marketing teams etc.) to bring solutions to market end-to-end.

Contribute to the creation and delivery of growth opportunities through strategy, new product development, commercial innovation, and business continuity projects.

Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance, market conditions, and trends to inform marketing strategies.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Front End: Portfolio Innovation & Management

Global portfolio planning for the Multifocal/Presbyopia portfolio supporting execution of the 5-year strategic plan inclusive of R&D and Experience innovation.

Operate as a team lead for innovation opportunities through the GNPP process.

Support portfolio strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle management.

Facilitate the execution of innovation processes and methodologies as required to ensure regional and cross-functional alignment, address obstacles and promote an externally oriented, innovative mindset.

Represent the global marketing team in providing updates and guidance to leadership to shape the future of the brand and business.

Downstream: Launch Excellence & Business Model Innovation

Ensure seamless collaboration with all stakeholders and a focus on marketplace and organizational readiness through the GNPP/Launch Excellence process.

Support launch excellence in collaboration with global/regional/local marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics and opportunities.

Create “test & learn” business model opportunities to accelerate Multifocal category penetration.

Leadership and Internal/External Collaboration

Provide strategic leadership and vision working collaboratively with R&D, MLR, Regional partners and other functions.

Develop effective stakeholder relationships and alignment to drive successful strategies and execution.

Motivate and effectively influence cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization promoting the vision and opportunity for presbyopic patients.

Share best practices and learnings with regional partners.

Partner with Commercial Excellence teams (market research, insights and business performance tracking) across a global market landscape to strengthen the culture of data-based decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related business field is required.

A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience is required.

A minimum of 3-5 years brand/product marketing with P&L management.

Digital product launch experience is required.

Strong, succinct communication and influencing skills, ability to work in a team environment, and customer/market orientation.

Demonstrated ability to lead marketing agencies and inspire strong output.

Strong business analytics and customer insights development skills are required.

Proven record of delivering consistently strong results and demonstrated leadership. Initiative-taker & independent thinker.

Ability to challenge status quo and lead change.

Up to 10% business travel may be required.
