Business Unit Overview Nomura’s investment banking business provides a broad range of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, governments and public-sector organizations around the world. Our global teams act as geographic, product and industry specialists.
Function Overview RSG (Risk Solutions Group) is a fast growing team located in Nomura’s Investment Banking Division (IBD). The team delivers strategic risk management solutions to both Corporates and Financial Sponsors in the Asia ex-Japan region.

Role & Responsibilities
Support the RSG team with all sort of derivatives pricing, presentations and analysis
Generate tailor‑made solutions for sales‑client interaction and engagement
Working closely with regional trading, structuring and origination teams to deliver solutions
Buildup of a set of generic teach‑in presentations to be used on client seminars and internal marketing activities
Preparation of term sheets and other transaction related documents
Qualification, Experience & Skills Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
A candidate with below skills:
Minimally a Bachelor’s degree with quantitative specialisation (e.g. Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics etc.) from an accredited university. Master’s degree would be ideal
Be familiar with the pricing of FX and Rates derivatives transactions
Entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong product knowledge of financial derivatives products especially in FX and Rates
A passion for financial markets, ideally demonstrated through past internships in the financial industry and curriculum
Good marketing and presentation skills
