Description UpdatePromise is an automotive SaaS platform serving dealership fixed operations nationwide. We help service departments increase revenue and improve the customer experience through scheduling, digital vehicle check-in, inspections, video documentation, payments, reputation management, and AI-powered engagement tools.
We are seeking a full-time, onsite Marketing Specialist to execute daily marketing operations and maintain consistent weekly output across email, social media, website content, events, and reporting.
This is an execution-focused role. It is not a leadership or strategic planning role. The position reports directly to the CEO and operates under defined direction with measurable weekly deliverables.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns in HubSpot, managing CRM lists and workflows, publishing social media content across multiple platforms, updating website content, supporting trade show and road show marketing materials, assisting with review and reputation initiatives, and preparing weekly marketing performance reports.
This role requires strong attention to detail, discipline in meeting deadlines, and the ability to produce consistent weekly output without supervision. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, accountable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities Email Marketing & CRM Execution
Build, schedule, and deploy 2–3 email campaigns per week using HubSpot
Manage contact lists, segmentation, workflows, and automation sequences
Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and replies
Ensure campaigns are formatted correctly and links, CTAs, and tracking are accurate
Social Media Execution
Publish consistent weekly content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
Maintain posting cadence and engagement standards
Monitor comments, messages, and notify leadership of high-value interactions
Content Development
Write and format blogs, case studies, launch materials, and event promotions
Develop marketing copy aligned with automotive fixed operations and SaaS messaging
Assist in drafting product announcements and feature releases
Website Management
Update website pages with new content and edits
Coordinate content publishing with development team
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all site content
Event & Trade Show Support
Support marketing materials for trade shows and road shows
Create event-related email campaigns and follow-up communications
Assist with booth collateral and presentation materials
Review & Reputation Support
Assist in managing review platform content and messaging
Support initiatives tied to AutoRepair-Review.com and related properties
Marketing Reporting
Prepare a weekly marketing performance report
Track social engagement, email results, and website updates
Identify performance trends and report insights clearly
Presentation & Deck Support
Create clean, professional slide decks for leadership updates
Develop one-pagers, sponsor decks, and executive summaries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Technical & Platform Skills
Proven experience using HubSpot for email marketing, list segmentation, workflows, and reporting
Experience publishing and managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing graphics and collateral
Ability to update website content using a CMS or coordinate with development for publishing
Content & Communication Skills
Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise B2B marketing copy
Ability to format emails, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials professionally
High attention to detail with grammar, formatting, and brand consistency
Marketing Execution Experience
Experience executing consistent weekly marketing cadence (email + social + content)
Understanding of marketing performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
Ability to follow structured direction and hit weekly production targets
Organizational & Work Style
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute independently
