In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, underwriting deals, negotiating terms, and driving transactions through closing while ensuring each deal is executed smoothly and successfully. This position plays a critical role in the continued growth and success of our company, and we provide the systems, support, and resources our acquisitions team needs to perform at the highest level.
This is a virtual position. However, we strongly prefer candidates located within a reasonable radius of our South Florida office, such as the Tri-County area. Candidates with experience in the Florida real estate market are highly valued, although this is not a strict requirement.
