An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional Guest service. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction.

ANTICIPATES AND RESPONDS TO GUESTS IN A FRIENDLY AND POSITIVE MANNER WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY.

ASSISTS WITH GUEST RECOVERY AND NOTIFIES MANAGER TO ENSURE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES.

COMMUNICATES CLEARLY AND PROFESSIONALLY WHILE INTERACTING ENTHUSIASTICALLY WITH GUESTS AND FELLOW CO-WORKERS.

WORKS AS A TEAM PLAYER IN MEETING GUEST NEEDS, AND ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTES TO THE EFFORTS OF OTHER DEPARTMENTS.

ATTENDS ALL REQUIRED DEPARTMENT AND COMPANY MEETINGS AND TRAINING SESSIONS.

KNOWLEDGEABLE OF FACILITY EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.

PERFORMS OPENING, RUNNING, AND CLOSING DEPARTMENT DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

1+ year prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, Guest focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced and amplified (loud) environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed. Marketing Specialist We are a Team that constantly strives for perfection in the Family Entertainment Center experience. We are focused on delivering the absolute best in exhilarating, cutting edge Karting on indoor multilevel tracks, immersive multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, arcade fun, and amazing event spaces & restaurants, all in spotlessly clean venues staffed with warm & knowledgeable Team Members.

Summary of the Marketing Specialist position A high octane, positive thinking, organized salaried leader to support the Marketing department with its primary event and administrative duties. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the larger Andretti campaigns as well as developing local store Marketing, Fundraising, and Strategic Initiatives in their unit.

This is an hourly position, $20/hr, with opportunities to continuously develop as the Andretti team grows. Some of the overall responsibilities:

Assist in the hiring, development, and Maintaining of a strong and vibrant Andretti Ambassadors Team

Drive store-level social media planning, content development, and community management following protocol. Work closely with National Brand on campaigns.

Responsible for providing proposed marketing activities via calendar to drive business objectives at the store level.

Prepare and deliver promotional Presentation’s prior to event dates

Communicate directly with Guests and encourage trusting relationships

Develop marketing literature (brochures, press release content, etc.) to rally the Company’s presence in the local Market

Compose online content and follow approved posting procedures to social media

Organize, schedule and execute local promotional events

Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial data, communicate weekly

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather and communicate important unit and brand health data

Conduct Market research and analyze consumer ratings reports and questionnaires

Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. Communicate daily, weekly and monthly schedules, analytics and upcoming events

Some required Qualifications of the role:

Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures

Experience with and knowledge of Marketing concepts and initiatives

Strong organizational skills

Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

High School Diploma or equivalent

A valid driver’s license

Eligible to work in the United States

At least 18 years of age

Some ‘Great to Have’ Qualifications and Experience would be:

Two years of Marketing experience in Hospitality or a Family Entertainment Center environment

Experience supporting or managing brand reputation and health

A degree in Marketing or related field

An interest in and familiarity with virtual reality, arcade games and motorsports

Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff

Physical Requirements:

The ability to communicate quickly and accurately using telephone, computer, and in person

The ability to move quickly throughout the entirety of AIKG location

Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs. on a regular basis

Must be able to work in outdoor conditions and changing temperatures

Perform functions which require organization, frequent bending, reaching, turning, lifting and occasional stocking up to 25lbs

Be able to work in an environment that may include bright, dim or flashing lights with varying volume levels

The ability to use manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment

Be able to understand, coach and follow safety standards at all times
