The View From the Water Tower As an Interior Designer II, you’ll independently own medium- to large-scale projects from concept through execution. This role leads client engagement, coordinates cross-functionally, and is accountable for project outcomes, quality, and delivery through our Diamond-Class service model.
Dive In! Your Key Responsibilities & Duties
Own full design projects, including schedules, documentation, and outcomes
Lead client meetings and presentations in partnership with Sales
Develop space plans, renderings, finish selections, and full specifications
Coordinate with Procurement, Project Management, Installation, and Construction
Manage revisions, approvals, and change documentation
Maintain awareness of budgets, timelines, and project risk
Mentor Interior Designer I team members as appropriate
Uphold and model department standards and processes

Consistent delivery with minimal oversight

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (CIDA/FIDER preferred)
3–8 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, CET, and 20-20/SPEC
Advanced understanding of commercial interiors, furniture systems, and codes
