We are searching for a Marketing Project Coordinator to help oversee multiple clients in collaboration with a Project Manager. The Marketing Project Coordinator will collaborate cross‑departmentally to execute the campaigns and ensure the campaign adheres to timelines and within budget.
On any given day, you might:
Setup and oversee the project management board for assigned campaigns
Attend client meetings with the Project Manager
Ensure internal teams and vendors adhere to project timelines
Play a dual role of client advocate and Fooji team advocate
Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
Communicate project issues and resolution to the Project Manager
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA)
Provide feedback to product team to enhance the Fooji platform
The ideal person:
Highly organized and skilled at making sense of various inputs
Loves tackling problems and finding creative solutions
Experienced with project management tools like Asana
Ability to hold cross‑functional teams accountable
Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities and environments
Excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking
You bring:
Strong software technology understanding (NOT writing code)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Bonus points:
If you have experience with social media campaigns
If you have B2B experience
