All applicants must be professing Christians and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of Abilene Christian University while employed by the university.* Coordinate daily news coverage, working with the News Director to cover local news stories for KACU newscasts, website, social media and newsletter. The Content Manager will also help direct newscast guidance for on-air hosts.* Oversee KACU’s oral history project, West Texas Roots, collecting individual stories that demonstrate the unique history of West Texas. The Content Manager will coordinate recording dates and locations for rural communities, working with local historical societies, libraries or other community members. The content manager will oversee editing of interviews into segments that will air on KACU-FM, and be hosted at KACU.org.* Plan and execute the weekly talk show, West Texas Dispatch, in coordination with the News Director, show host and other reporters.* Other duties as assigned will include on-air fundraising, events, and special projects.**Essential Duties****Other duties may be assigned.
