Lifecycle Marketing at TradePMR helps advisors get the most out of our platform by delivering timely, relevant, and educational experiences across their journey.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll own high-impact lifecycle programs that drive advisor engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth from existing clients. You’ll develop and manage customer segments, identify key moments in the advisor lifecycle, and design experiences that help advisors take the next best action at the right time.

You’ll also play a key enablement role — partnering with our Growth and Advisor Services teams to create scalable lifecycle initiatives that reinforce frontline conversations and support advisor success.

This role is based in our Clearwater, FL; Westlake, TX; or Chicago, IL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

Define, design and execute the lifecycle strategy across onboarding, education, product adoption, engagement, and retention for existing advisors

Develop advanced segmentation frameworks using behavioral and product usage data to deliver relevant and timely lifecycle experiences

Build lifecycle-driven enablement initiatives that support Growth and Advisor Services teams

Develop and launch multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned channels

Partner cross-functionally to deliver clear, compliant, and advisor-centric messaging

Use experimentation and performance insights to continuously improve lifecycle impact

Share insights and recommendations that influence marketing, product, and advisor experience priorities

What you bring

7-10 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing

Experience owning segmentation strategies and journey-based lifecycle programs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

Experience driving growth or revenue impact from existing customers

Ability to collaborate across teams and navigate ambiguity

Interest in wealth management, fintech, or advisor-focused platforms

Must have experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, SuperSet

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$111,000 - $130,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$97,000 - $114,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$86,000 - $101,000 USD
