
Part-time Temporary Email Marketing Specialist (Vuture Experienced Required)

Are you experienced with email campaigns and reporting and analysis? As a member of this global law firm’s marketing team, you will leverage your writing, technical, and analytical skills to manage CRM initiatives, social media channels, website content, and large-scale communications. In this role, you will help refine and expand business development efforts through data-driven marketing strategies and targeted outreach. This is a temporary, part-time, three-month opportunity with a highly flexible remote-friendly model. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who delivers polished, professional communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic marketing goals by developing, executing, and tracking targeted email marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update master email distribution lists by accurately entering and organizing contact data within the CRM system.
Utilize email marketing platforms to manage event communications, including invitations, registrations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event surveys.
Assist with marketing technology initiatives and special projects; conduct research and evaluate best practices to align with firm standards and goals.
Update and maintain website content and social media platforms to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Generate reports and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Provide administrative and technical marketing support in response to ad hoc internal requests.
