Position Summary:
The VM Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing retail visual materials across POP displays, signage, and in‑store environments. This role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously while translating briefs into consistent, consumer‑focused visuals that support marketing and business objectives.
Key Qualifications
Experience designing for visual merchandising, retail environments, and POP display programs, ideally within drugstore/mass retail channels.
Proven ability to bring concepts through final artwork and print ready production.
Experience working within international retail guidelines (e.g., Boots, Shoppers).
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow established processes.
Ability to present design options cross functionally and work collaboratively with creative, sales, and project management teams.
Responsibilities
Interpret planograms, dielines, fixture parts, and retailer requirements.
Design within brand and retailer style guides across global markets.
Adapt approved creative into multiple sizes and formats for POP, signage, and in‑store displays.
Build, package, and prepare print‑ready files with accurate dielines, dimensions, and specs.
Provide timely feedback on proofs and production files.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
Create presentations, mockups, and retouched imagery for meetings and internal reviews.
Maintain organized working and final artwork files for future reference.
Manage deadlines while balancing big‑picture brand alignment with detailed production accuracy.

Strong knowledge of fixtures and graphic application.
Familiarity with planograms, line listings, and code systems.
Resourceful, proactive design approach.
Ability to take direction and provide multiple strong solutions.
Strong portfolio showing layout, typography, and print execution expertise.
A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to work independently when needed.
