EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager for one of our partners that is a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions. In this position, you will drive revenue growth through direct sales activities, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead sales initiatives to expand market presence in the rapidly growing EV charging industry.

Responsibilities Drive direct sales efforts by identifying, contacting, and meeting with prospective customers.

Cultivate robust customer relationships and secure sales deals to contribute to revenue growth directly.

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through prompt inquiry resolution and exceptional service delivery.

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.

Design and execute impactful sales strategies to boost revenue, expand market share, and acquire new customers.

Partner with the Head of Sales and Project Managers to establish sales targets, formulate comprehensive sales plans, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor actions to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.

Oversee the sales budget and strategically allocate resources to maximize sales effectiveness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams to synchronize strategies and resources for mutual success.

Generate and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the Head of Sales.

Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

7-13 years of demonstrated success in account management.

Must have 3+ years in the EV charging industry with good connections in the industry.

Deep understanding of EV charging technology, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including highly effective communication, negotiation, and collaborative teamwork.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and sales team leadership. Requires 30% travel in North America, plus occasional trips to Korea.

Proficient user of CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications Master's degree preferred 100% of health is covered by the employer
