Salesforce Business Analyst (Asset Management)

Role Summary Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from Asset Management stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce or other technology platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

Conduct workshops with Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Investor Relations teams

Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

Translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements

Support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements

Support system implementations and migrations

Act as liaison between business and technology teams

Understand Asset Management lifecycle:

Fund launch

Document regulatory and compliance requirements

Technical Skills Required

Salesforce Functional Knowledge

Excel and Reporting Tools

Salesforce Admin or Functional Knowledge preferred

Financial Services Cloud knowledge preferred
