What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure daily pricing in systems is consistent with published rates and verify accuracy
Process special price requests and exceptions not covered by the origination system
Understand and communicate the Secondary Marketing Pricing Policy and product manuals to affiliates
Provide excellent customer service to all mortgage customers, including those with special needs
Evaluate and register loan requests from affiliates while monitoring reports to mitigate risk
What is Required (Qualifications)
College degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage or financial experience
Strong understanding of secondary marketing policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong mathematical and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a mortgage capital markets environment
Familiarity with risk management practices related to pricing policies
Proven ability to handle complex inquiries and exceptions effectively
