TEKsystems is looking to hire a group of Customer Service Representatives to assist a client based in the Milford, CT area. These positions would take place ON SITE. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with upward career mobility. This client has grown year over year the past four years. This is a fun/family environment that invests in employment development.
Qualifications
Previous RECENT customer service or inside sales experience (6+ months preferred)
Independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented
Time management skills
Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)
Job Description
Receiving calls (50-60 calls per day) from current and prospective customers handling customer inquiries and upselling services
Updating customer information in the company database
Inputting credit card payments
Hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Rotating Saturday hours (2 Saturdays a month)
Pay 18/hr.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
