What You’ll Do As a Relationship Banker, you embrace SECU’s brand and deliver financial education to our members and communities. Your day may start with consulting members about their banking needs, reviewing current banking relationships, following up on a business loan, or strategizing to help a member save for college, a home, a wedding, or another significant life milestone. You might also attend business or community events to talk about financial literacy or SECU offerings, or head out to volunteer events and earn up to 12 hours paid time off per quarter. Every day offers the chance to demonstrate an engaging personality and the ability to build emotional connections to nurture diverse, inclusive relationships within SECU and the communities we serve. In that effort, you will promote financial literacy, the credit union movement, and our talent brand, thereby increasing member loyalty with empathy, compassion, and authenticity.

What We’re Looking For Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking role, with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well‑being.

Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through strong familiarity with retail banking products and services.

Compensation

Member Advisor I / Relationship Banker I – Hourly Pay Range: Min. $21.35 – Max. $32.02

Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II – Hourly Pay Range: Min. $24.62 – Max. $39.42

Final offer will be based on years of experience and education.
