Pre‑Litigation Paralegal.

We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Litigation Paralegal who can hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to clients' cases from day one.
Position Overview The Pre‑Litigation Paralegal will manage a high‑volume caseload and support their attorney throughout the pre‑litigation phase. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre‑litigation process
Gather needed documentation, and maintain organized case files
Review and summarize medical records and bills
Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and lien holders
Draft demand letters, and other pre‑litigation documents as needed
Monitor treatment status and ensure timely follow‑up with clients
Support attorneys with case preparation, investigation and strategy
Maintain accurate notes and deadlines within case management software
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of pre‑litigation experience in personal injury preferred
Strong understanding of the personal injury processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
High level of professionalism, empathy, and client‑service orientation
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
