The Health Adoption Architect is an experienced domain expert focused on driving adoption, and the optimization of clinical and business processes, and consumption of our technology. This role blends deep expertise in organizational change management, clinical care, health informatics, process improvement, and Oracle products to guide clients through transformational change, ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute organizational change management deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including change strategy, governance frameworks, communication plans, change impact assessments, end-user enablement plans, and related activities.

Provide guidance on Adoption Services best practices tailored to clinical environments, promoting behavior change and long-term solution adoption.

Apply knowledge of Oracle technology and solutions within the industry to build trust with customers, tailor deliverables and advise on adoption to drive value and mitigate risk.

Support compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and Oracle organizational policies throughout all phases of change management initiatives.

Demonstrate expertise in healthcare by contributing insights and recommendations to optimize workflows using evidence-based and data-driven methodologies.

Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships by collaborating with clinical and other end users, leadership, and cross-functional Oracle teams to align objectives and drive stakeholder engagement.

Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance workflow standardization, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members and client stakeholders to support ongoing process improvement and sustainable adoption outcomes.

Required

Passion for healthcare innovation and leading transformative change in healthcare organizations.

3+ years experience in Organizational Change Management, including proven experience developing and delivering deliverables within the context of IT transformation projects.

3+ plus years in Healthcare industry inclusive of Health Informatics.

Operational knowledge of technology transformations, EHR Implementations and AI proficiency.

2+ plus years in Health Informatics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership abilities.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in clinical data analytics, and experience with evidence-based process improvement.

Commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

80%+ travel expectation. Willingness to work on non-standard hours implementations, go-lives, or global customers.

Certifications in organizational change management, e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and others.

A bachelor’s in Nursing or Medical degree active license.

Advanced Informatics degree.

SaaS experience.

Preferred Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 5 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience

Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or related field

Certification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse – State Board, Licensed Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O)-State Board, Pharmacist – State Board, Certified Exercise Physiologist – State Board, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist – State Board

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
