LendNation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This position will be located at Store 3236 at 7017 N Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, MO 64118. This is an entry‑level, full‑time role with great potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Complete cash transactions for customers
Initiate customer loans
Contact customers about past‑due payments
Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays; Sundays are off
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Cash handling experience
Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
Safe, secure, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintenance of auto insurance
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance is essential
Minimum age 18
Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
