Workspace Collective – Ocala, FL (2 Locations) $16-$18/hour (based on experience) Workspace Collective is hiring a Community Operations Associate to support the daily backend operations of our two Ocala coworking locations. This is an entry-level, operations-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping systems running smoothly. While there is some member interaction, this is primarily a back-of-house administrative and space operations position. Responsibilities
Manage virtual mail and package operations Support billing, payments, and member onboarding/offboarding Prepare meeting rooms and maintain shared spaces Monitor inventory and order supplies Ensure both locations are clean, professional, and operationally sound Qualifications
Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable with basic software and spreadsheets Reliable, self-motivated, and professional Interested in growing with a scaling coworking company This role starts part-time during training with a clear path to full-time and advancement as we expand.
