Property Manager
– Murray, KY | Full-time | 40 hours per week | $37,440 Note: This is a faith-based nonprofit organization. Wesley Living has provided excellent housing services to seniors since 1969. Responsibilities Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the community and providing a positive, engaging environment for staff and residents.
Qualifications
3 years of successful experience in management or equivalent.
Associate's Degree or higher required; certifications in field preferred.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face.
Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office products, HUD online systems, and industry-specific software.
Experience with multi-organizations or a single organization with multi-sites is a plus.
