Accountabilities
Work closely with Sales teams and peers to establish credibility and trust with customers
Evangelize platform value to business and IT executives
Assess business requirements and deliver findings, including solutions and ROI
Develop a technical sales strategy
Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to each customer's business needs
Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
Scope and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts
Influence product development with solution scoping abilities
Handle sensitive personal data in compliance with standards
Requirements
8+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
Ability to support clients on the East Coast
Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
Desired experience in CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Service
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Webhooks, APIs, and JavaScript
Outstanding problem-solving abilities to meet business requirements with technical solutions
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
