Program Overview
Full‑Time, Salaried Role
12–18 Month Training Program
Location: Shakopee, MN (Business Unit Corporate HQ) or Boulder, CO
Quarterly company trips to visit the 4 sales areas
In This Role Responsibilities During Training
Learn product applications and complete training courses
Support regional sales and develop customer relationships
Participate in trade shows and professional societies
Perform inside sales duties and assist with project planning
Exposure to sales tools used regionally
Build communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities After Training
Company provided vehicle
Competitive variable pay bonus tied to performance
Manage your own sales territory
Build strategic partnerships with customers
Apply sales strategies to grow business
Conduct territory planning and win major projects
Deliver solutions independently and collaboratively
Who You Are You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You engage in collaborative planning, make new connections, and build relationships across teams. You prepare impactful communication content, ask thoughtful questions, define problems, and prioritize learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Zero (0) years of related experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to travel up to 10%
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Distribution or Industrial Technology
Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills
Familiarity with instrumentation (temperature, level, flow, pressure)
