Customer Service Representative | Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to handle outbound and inbound phone calls and emails related to product support and general inquiries for Arccos.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. They should be self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn, with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide rapid solutions.
A passion for and deep understanding of golf is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities Include
Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and other avenues
Diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
Deliver accurate and complete information to customers.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Software Teams to elevate technical issues.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and composure.
Support additional tasks as needed in a dynamic, startup environment.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
Passionate golfer with a strong knowledge of the game.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or support.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
