SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate is seeking a motivated, service-driven Property Manager to join our growing property management division. This opportunity is flexible and may be structured as either an Association Manager (HOA/Condominium focus) or a General Commercial Property Manager, depending on your background and expertise.

What You’ll Do You will manage an assigned portfolio of commercial and/or association properties with a focus on protecting asset value, strengthening tenant and client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine property inspections and maintaining detailed reporting
Overseeing day-to-day operations and vendor coordination
Managing maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion of work orders
Monitoring and enforcing lease compliance
Tracking renewals and key lease milestones
Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners
Representing management at HOA/Condo meetings (if applicable)
Supporting financial coordination in collaboration with our accounting team
Assisting Accounts Receivable with collections when necessary
Participating in a scheduled on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of property management experience preferred
Commercial and/or HOA/Condo experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Ability to confidently manage multiple properties
Comfort handling lease enforcement and collections discussions
Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional certifications (ARM, CPM, CAM, etc.) are a plus
