Evaluate all development and production samples (e.g., proto, fit, SMS, PP, TOP) for specs, balance, proportion, fit, and workmanship.

Prepare garments and measurement reports in advance of fittings; lead fit sessions with design, production, and, when applicable, customers.

Generate precise fit comments, pattern corrections, and construction notes supported by sketches, photos, and callouts; communicate these clearly to overseas factories.

Partner with Design to maintain design intent while identifying cost-effective construction methods and quality improvements.

Work closely with Production to align on T&A calendars, manage sample approvals, and flag potential delays or risks.

Maintain and update tech packs throughout the development and production cycle, ensuring data integrity and version control.

Track and prioritize multiple styles and deliveries simultaneously, ensuring key milestones are met within calendar timelines.

Support the Technical Director with new program development, fit blocks, and continuous improvement of technical standards and processes.

Ensure compliance with customer manuals and testing requirements where applicable.
