In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly assistance. Daily responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving customer complaints, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to help enhance the customer experience. Qualifications
Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction. Skills in promoting exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring ongoing Customer Satisfaction. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools (preferrably ServiceTitan) and basic computer skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple customer interactions effectively. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Home service experience a plus.
