About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Sales to spearhead revenue growth through the development and execution of fully integrated, multi-platform partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue across digital, linear, sponsorship, and emerging media, and must be adept at leading integrated sales strategy, managing senior agency and brand relationships, and building high-performing sales teams. This executive role demands a consultative sales leader with a proven track record in selling complex, cross-platform media partnerships, particularly within the sports, entertainment, or adjacent industries.

Key responsibilities for the VP of Integrated Sales include owning the sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing strategy, and deal execution, as well as personally managing key strategic accounts. The role also involves leading a team to ensure strong alignment across sales, planning, and client services, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will have a background in integrated sales environments, a strong executive presence, and exceptional communication and presentation skills. They should be highly organized, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to travel as needed to support client relationships and market growth. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 8-10+ years of experience in media sales or sales leadership.
