About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Ticket Sales and Services to spearhead all revenue generation and retention efforts in preparation for its inaugural season. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full ticketing business, including strategy, forecasting, product development, sales execution, service, premium seating, and fan experience. This executive will be tasked with designing and executing a long-term revenue plan, building a high-performance sales and service culture, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing, business operations, partnerships, and community engagement, is essential.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of ticket sales leadership experience in professional sports. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of ticketing revenue strategy and CRM systems, as well as a proven track record in developing high-performing sales teams. Strong communication, executive presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expansion environment are also necessary. The Vice President will be expected to lead forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting for ticketing, and to represent the department during matchday operations and events. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities is ideal for this position.
