We're looking to hire a well-organized Senior Field Marketing & ABM Specialist who is passionate about building relationships with large, complex accounts in the Tax, Accounting & Audit Professionals (TAAP) segment. This role sits within the Demand Activation - Field Marketing and ABM team and is responsible for executing integrated marketing programs including direct mail and physical shipments for firms of all sizes, digital marketing campaigns, event execution, and white glove service into our largest key accounts. This person will orchestrate the team's shipments, ongoing digital marketing programs, and event marketing initiatives, resulting in new opportunities, increased velocity in existing opportunities, and solid partnerships in the Tax and Accounting Professionals segment.

About the Role In this opportunity as Senior Marketer, Field Marketing & ABM role, you will:

Develop and deliver creative, modern marketing programs and events to engage our customer and prospect base.

Orchestrate direct mail and adjacent digital marketing programs, by collaborating closely with the segment Campaign Planners and centralized marketing teams to plan, execute and report on ROI.

Utilize strong project management skills to activate on time, in the right sequence.

Build meaningful customer experiences that allow clients and prospects to interact and build relationships with our sales and client management teams that lead to new business.

Join forces with sales to manage and report on ROI including the management of leads and work closely with marketing insights to understand pipeline impact.

Leverage internal event coordination support and external partners including vendors and agencies.

Closely collaborate with the Campaign Planning team in development, delivery and performance measurement of field marketing campaigns and programs.

Follow project templates to complete tasks and keep events well organized – as well as adept existing process with best practices and put your fingerprint on event planning to gain greater efficiency.

About You You're a fit for the role of Senior Field Marketing & ABM Specialist if you:

Have the Right Experience

3-5+ years in field marketing and account-based marketing for cloud-based software and/or business service providers

Proven track record executing ABM campaigns and field marketing programs that drive pipeline

Experience in B2B professional services or tax/accounting industry preferred

Possess Technical Marketing Expertise

Hands‑on experience with ABM platforms (6Sense preferred)

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) and CRM systems (SFDC)>

Experience with digital gifting platforms (Sendoso, Alyce, or similar) for personalized outreach

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization

Event technology proficiency: Webinar platforms, event registration systems, lead capture tools

Understanding of modern B2B demand generation best practices integrating field marketing and ABM tactics

Demonstrate Strong Project Management & Execution Skills

Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex deadlines and multiple campaigns simultaneously

Experience coordinating field marketing events including logistics, budgets, and vendor management

Ability to orchestrate multi‑touch ABM plays across direct mail, digital, and event channels

Data‑driven approach to measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.75–$43.75/hr USD.
