Overview Service Account Manager – Prism Electric

Responsibilities

Sales, estimating, and production management of jobs that meet or exceed margin standards.

Conduct business and customer relations in a way that is above reproach.

Develop and maintain personal long-term relationships with customers.

Proactive involvement, offering suggestions for future situations.

Reactive involvement, punctual response to the customer’s needs.

Diligently pursue new customers along vertical lines.

Support business development with timely responses to leads.

Encourage good habits and support continuous improvement.

Leadership approach in growing and developing technicians within the department.

Train, supervise, and motivate Prism’s workforce.

Maintain exceptional customer service.

Maintain a productive workforce possessing the necessary skills, expertise, and drive to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.

Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership and office management skills, and customer acquisition and relations.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.

Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup.

Texas Journeyman License preferred.
