Position Overview The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Ascot U.S. by creating marketing campaigns and engaging with key stakeholders across specialty insurance lines of business. Responsibilities include developing high-quality materials, crafting compelling product narratives, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Responsibilities

Proactively develop and oversee the end-to-end execution of comprehensive external marketing and communication strategies focused on driving growth, awareness and engagement for U.S. Specialty Insurance business lines.

Lead development of campaigns and assets for U.S. product launches from concept to delivery

Work closely with Business Unit leaders, product leaders and regional leaders to develop and execute elements of strategic and integrated marketing campaigns and materials, with content channels including brochures, webpages, emails, social posts, advertising, thought leadership, tradeshows/events, infographics and videos.

As needed, direct freelance designers, writers or external marketing agencies on specific project to ensure deliverables meet objectives and stay on budget.

Participate in regular outreach sessions with U.S. business leadership and Distribution Regional Leaders to understand key strategies and proactively contribute to marketing outreach, market awareness and visibility.

Edit, improve, and maintain product- and corporate-specific messaging and content to help achieve our business goals and to maintain consistent voice and representation across channels.

Drive content generation, including blog posts, news articles, press releases, sales collateral and presentation development.

Partner closely with channel leaders to optimize impact of campaigns internally and externally.

Uphold and ensure brand compliance.

Facilitate business, legal and brand approval for content.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, PR or related field (or equivalent experience)

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product/ B2B Marketing, preferably in (Re)Insurance.

Insurance industry knowledge required.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva; email platform experience a plus.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing to a variety of channels including digital, social, web, email and print.

Adept at managing multiple priorities, ensuring strategic focus while maintaining flexibility.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently in a deadline-driven environment.

A highly collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture.

Compensation Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and skills. The base pay is just one component of Ascot’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and other forms of discretionary compensation awarded by the Company. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $120,000 - 140,000
