Product Marketing Manager

Atomicwork, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199

Save Job

Overview Atomicwork is redefining enterprise IT with AI-native service management. Leading global enterprises use our platform to eliminate tickets, automate support, and make IT invisible. We launched in 2022 with a clear premise: ITSM needed to be rebuilt from the ground up for the AI era, not retrofitted with chatbots. While legacy platforms bolted on AI as an afterthought, we built Atom, our Universal AI Agent, as the foundation of the digital workplace experience. Atom predicts issues, automates resolutions, and delivers proactive support across chat, voice, and vision to keep employees productive.

By September 2025, we secured strategic investment from Okta Ventures, bringing total funding to $40M from firms like Khosla Ventures, Battery Ventures, Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners), and 50+ CIOs and CTOs. Through deep partnerships with Microsoft and Okta, we’re embedding identity and AI at the core of enterprise service management.

We’re looking for a hands-on product marketer to help shape the future of AI-native ITSM. This is a high-ownership role. You should be equally comfortable staffing a trade show booth, building battle cards, and rewriting website copy. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing to bring our story to market.
