Full-Time, near Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $65K-$75K

We are partnering with a well-established consumer brand seeking a Full-Time Packaging Production Designer to support multiple product lines. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in the details and understands that great packaging is equal parts of creativity and precision. You will work alongside a collaborative creative team to keep packaging systems tight and scalable.
What You'll Own
Execute packaging and label updates across multiple SKUs and product lines
Create accurate, press-ready artwork based on approved brand guidelines
Support brand refreshes and compliance-driven changes
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and quality teams for seamless rollouts
Maintain structured file management and naming conventions
Confirm all output meets printer specs and production requirements
Skills and Background
4+ years of packaging production experience in CPG, pharma, or supplements
Deep understanding of print production and packaging file preparation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments
Experience working on Mac systems
Degree in Graphic Design or related field
This is a 100% onsite position based in the nearby Phoenix, AZ area. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
