What You’ll Do Business Development & Relationship Building
Develop long-term partnerships with contractors, engineers, building owners, and executive stakeholders
Identify and pursue new construction and retrofit project opportunities
Drive product specifications and solution adoption within projects
Conduct presentations, jobsite visits, and technical consultations
Build credibility across both blue-collar field environments and corporate decision-makers
Maintain an active pipeline and forecast future opportunities
Technical Sales Support
Review mechanical plans and specifications
Provide equipment recommendations and application guidance
Coordinate with internal technical resources to solve customer challenges
Assist customers through bidding, selection, and project execution phases
Territory Ownership
Manage your schedule, strategy, and priorities independently
Grow market share through consistent prospecting and follow-up
Track opportunities and maintain organized customer communication
