Minimum Experience:
Two years sales and/or customer service experience required, apartment leasing experience is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required.
Role & Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact to residents and prospective residents calling or visiting the community.
Identify needs of prospective residents and assist them in finding their perfect new apartment home.
Manage prospective leads and follow up in a timely manner in a lead management system.
Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of make ready apartment homes.
Process applications in accordance with company policy and procedure and Fair Housing guidelines.
Prepare lease paperwork and manage the resident move‑In process.
Prepare community daily for showings and ensuring a clean tour path.
Opening, closing and sparkling the model and show units.
Assist Community Manager in gathering market survey information.
Assist Community Manager with Community Social Media strategy.
Build resident relations and assist in planning and executing resident events.
Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
Comply with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing.
About You
Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Be dependable, reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required or higher standard
Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards and policies
A positive, “can-do" attitude, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm
Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills, property management software, and Fair Housing laws.
