Role Overview This full-time, either on site or remote position in Miami includes:
Managing and expanding an existing client portfolio
Sourcing and executing investment sales and leasing transactions
Leading negotiations from LOI to closing
Advising clients on acquisition and disposition strategies
Identifying off-market opportunities
Building relationships with owners, developers, and capital partners
Ideal Candidate
Commercial brokerage experience with a demonstrated transaction history
Strong underwriting and valuation skills
Deep understanding of the South Florida market
Entrepreneurial and production-focused
