Position Overview The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for demolition and grading projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently while maintaining a culture of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise field crews and subcontractors
Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Communicate daily with project managers and clients
Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports utilizing Contractor Foreman
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
Qualifications
5+ years
of experience as a Superintendent in demolition, grading, or sitework (preferred)
Strong knowledge of
heavy equipment operations ,
site safety , and
earthwork processes
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and civil plans
Excellent communication and leadership skillsOSHA 30 certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
